• Chapter 5, Section 2, §2 - Misuse of Restricted Magic has had the following points added;
  - Warlocks: Warlocks Sanctioned by the Alliance with a valid license to use Fel magic within the Kingdom of Stormwind may use Fel magic to perform their duties, and only to perform their duties. Misuse will result in a loss of the Sanctioned Warlock status and license.
  - (OOC Note: Licenses are not given out by either the Ministry of Justice or Whiskey Company IC. Play your character as you want to, you decide if they have one or not.)
• Chapter 1, Section 1, §1 - Bodily Harm is renamed to §1 - Assault & Bodily Harm, the definition is changed to;
  - A person is guilty of Assault and Bodily harm if they physically mistreat or inflict harm to another person, causing no injury or minor injuries like scratches or bruises on another person.
• Members of the Horde has also been added under the chapter for Other Procedures as Section 6: Members of the Horde
• Pirate Groups were removed from the list of "Enemies of the Crown" to be handled under the Alliance Piracy Act.
  - Section 5: Enemies of the Crown has been added to Other Procedures
• The point about Execution under Charging Guidelines has been updated to have the following methods of execution;
  - Beheading by an Executioned of the Crown
  - Hanging
  - Firing Squad
